Phase 1 na phase 2 zipo tofauti na hata zinafanywa na kampuni tofauti.

Kama uonavyo, Berth 5 ya Dar port niliyochora kwa wino wa samawati umeshakamilika. Lakini container terminal ya berth 5 ambayo nimechora kwa wino nyekundu bado haijakamilika. Kwa hivyo usiringe sana maana hata nyinyi container terminal yenu bado haijakamilika.
