Hey dears,

It is the right time for us to expand our English language competence and performance at our own time by visiting different eng-language course webs. Here is one amongst.

Auxiliary Verbs "Will/Would", "Shall/Should" - Basic English Grammar

It is irritating and embarrassing when reading to some of you (not all) esp when trying to compose a single phrase in english. If you can not write it by observing at least (i say at least because me too am a learner) key grammatical rules, you better write in swahili and people will get what you wanted to convey.

NOT *me too am a learner* say “I am a learner too”

She said she is a learner!!

When a person says 'I am a new learner' it means he/she has just joined the teaching with other people who had already joined that teaching.

Collocatively, 'I am a new learner' may mean a learner such as never before had like him/her appeared.

No 'I am still a learner' may be a good answer to this question
'I hope you are a good driver now, aren't you?'

Unfortunately I am a legal academician and practitioner not a linguist. Worry not, for there are people with reputable knowledge of any language you may wish to learn herein this forum, the thing is, how you will liaise with them.
