Lengo la third interview kwenye international NGO

Habari wakuu,

Mara nyingi hadi hatua hii unaweza kuta mmebaki mtu mbili tu, then sasa yeye anachagua mtu mmoja ambae ndo atapata kazi.
Nini cha kufanya:
1. Sitegemei interview hii iwe technical sana, kwa maana wameshajihakikishia kuwa hadi hatua hiyo you can do the job technically, so be calm na jiandae zaidi kwa conversation ambayo ni high-level about the role and the company, jiandae kumu impress jamaa na kumuonyesha kuwa you are the right fit.
How is your skillset alligned to the job requirement? That is what you should be selling kwenye hiyo interview.
3. Kama una bahati ya kumjua atakaekua the key decision maker kwa hiyo interview-Use that luck to your advantage.... Search about the person (LinkedIn, web ya organization, etc).... Ameshawahi kufanya research au kuandika kitabu....? What was it about? Kitu gani ambacho this person cares to their heart....? Ukikipata hiki, then try to make sure that you touch and talk about that thing in the interview... And, when given an opportunity to ask a question, ask about that. Ukifanya hivi, 95% you got the job!
I tried this trick in my previous interview, it worked marvelously..... It was a 4th interview, with the organization's chief director, a University Professor in USA actually.
Nilijua kuwa interview ya mwisho itakua na Prof So and So who is the director for the organization. Nikachimba na kumsoma all over (bahati nzuri, being a Professor there was a lot on the internet about her); Nikajua her soft spot ni issues around inclusivity (ensuring basic service delivery to the most marginalized populations). She has written numerous papers and gave many talks on inclusivity. Interview ilikua scheduled for 30 minutes only (she is a very busy person of course). Tumegonga fresh, kuelekea mwishoni zimebaki 3 minutes, nikapewa nafasi ya kuuliza swali.
There and then, I nailed my last nail to the coffin.... Nikauliza swali langu bwana. Guess what?
She used like 7 minutes to respond to that question... And she responded it from the heart, I could hear the passion and how the matter touched the innermost parr of her heart from her voice (which is EXACTLY what I wanted). From the way she responded, and the time she took, I knew there and then that I got the job...!!
And, I was not wrong....!! The rest, as they say is history..!!
Interviews are about FEELINGS (not facts), the more you know how to touch the feeling of the decision maker/s during the interview, the more chances you have.

Usimuone mnoko jamaa anayekuuliza maswali mengi, maana huenda anakusaidia kwani atakuwa
swali kutokea angle nyingine.

Fanya tu hizo interview usichoke maana ndiyo kutafuta kwenyewe.

U

All the best.
Upo shirika Gani?

Bi dada upo,,nilipiga third interview ilikuwa very technical,,trh 23,mpaka Sasa hawajanipa majibu, walisema watanipa after few days,,ndo nawaza,,naona kimya
Nipo ndugu.

CC. Dr. Wansegamila mkuu any idea, unasemaje juu ya hili? Nimekuita wewe sababu huko juu umeeleza as someone In senior positions, naamini unauzoefu wa interviews za weupe kedekede...
