Ungepita tu kimya kimya, PPP ndo kipimo cha living standards za watu kwenye nchi. A country with higher PPP is richer than a country with lower PPP and higher per capita because in exchange rates goods are relatively cheap in a country with higher PPP than a country with lower PPP.
To put it in a way you can understand, if Kenya has 2$ PPP and Tz has 4$ this means Tanzania can buy as twice with their money what Kenya can buy once with their money regardless of per capita.
