Lwandamila Must Be Axed

Lwandamila is Simply useless.Yanga is too big for him to handle.

Lwandamina is not agood coach.The team under him is not playing the normal yanga football.Even when the team lost yanga used to outperform their oppponents.That was before this zambian was given the team.

He has failed to organise the team remaining depending just on individual skills of players.No creativity.Cant do the needy substitutions.No motivation to the players.He is just a looser.

Even when yanga win a match the team is just playing shit football.What Lwandamina is better at, than Mecky or Katwila is just coaching in English.But technically many local Tanzanian coaches are far better than him.When people urge that foreign player must have the x-factor that our players lack the same must be applied for the so called foreign coaches like this man Lwandamina.He is one of the reason the club is now facing economic problems.He is paid highly for the useless job.He must be sacked

We've 8 points in 4 matches as SIMBA SC have.. the difference btn is just goal difference.. Yanga played two games away while Simba played only one game away... We've a good coach, management as well as players.. As we enjoy the yield together we must come together to this hardship time... Our club need more support this time than ever.. Lwandamina is the one of the best coach in Africa having a record to reach semi final in AFRICAN CHAMPION LEAGUE.. Not all the time you will be the best......

Kama Manji angekuwepo Msuva na Haruna mpaka leo wangekuwa wanacheza Yanga, Msuva ameuzwa lakini hakuna aliyenunuliwa kuziba pengo na kwa sasa tatizo kubwa la Yanga ni kutokuwa na mawinga mazuri

Kwamba ameuzwa msuva hajanunuliwa mchezaki mwingine...so what?Ni kazi ya kocha hiyo kujua anataka kuchezaje na aina ya wachezaji anaowataka.Kwa hiyo huo ni udhaifu wake mwingine

To see if the team played well or not.. you just find match analysis at every half of the time and full time.. As we know that the new formation is just using mildfielders in assisting more goals and not using wings...

I am afraid you confuse between romantic and functional football. The former is full of entertaining stunts and mesmerizing moves, regardless of goals scored. In some few cases like Barca’s tiki-taka days, this type produces both goals and pleasure. But in most, it is more about possession than goals. Functional (or technical) football is the one where you see goals coming - whether many or few - without much ball possession or thrilling style of play. It could be based more on counter-attack, or physical prowess or effective utilisation of individual talents....
Moreover, every coach has their own philosophy, game plan and preferred formation. Any coach succeeding a successful one will not quickly impose those, but will gradually fade them out in favour of his. This is what Lwandamina did. Much credit on the current championship should go to his successor, but to him also for maintaining the inherited standard. Now it is his turn to impose his own. What we see is the start. As a rule, such start does not work full throttle immediately for any new team or players. Keep your eyes open and you will notice the same happening to Pluijm, Omog, Mourinho (with Man U), Chirwa, Mavugo, Pogba and others.
I don’t say Lwandamina is definitely a good coach, but rather that any coach in his situation would find himself in the same situation.

Thank you. Anyway, some corrections to my earlier comment: credit should go to Lwandamina’s predecessor, not successor as I erroneously wrote. Apologies to all. That is the price we sometimes have to pay for using borrowed language where our own would suffice!

Regradless, it is all crap. Whoever who wrote this piece of crap doesn't belong to the football world.
Forget those years Mainzi used to bribe officials and give you free ride in terms of points.. this year most if not all teams have invested a lot, using young players who are determined to display their talents without being bribed.

I love Mtibwa, local kids no those aged foreigners with fake IDs and passports....play good futbol and will always challenge the old guards-simba and Yanga...!!!

Ooops before anything.. you must know that... Football is the game.. having three equal chances unlikely probability thats having two chances... WIN, LOSE and DRAW.. thats the key chances... After that our club won VPL in 3 conservative seasons... more over Our players played so many games FA, Champions league, and VPL.. so players must turn into tired as games continue.. So far try to think about our economic status by this time.. no bonus, no salary or delaying in paying it.. Lwandamina for my side is the many who will move our club into another stage... what we want is just finding other sources of fund, as fans we must support them likely having good time and more cups...

Just one word. Lwandamila hear me, you can not manage Yanga nor lead it to anywhere. We, fans are keeping away from you and from attending the matches anywhere you have a match. Your work rate is far from any one could have imagined.

You might not find the right person to tell you the truth but this is it. Our team is currently as useless as never. Despite even losing to other side in the past Yanga could still display a very impressive game unlike today. The display is unconvincing and dead.

Dear Lwandamila you must realize that, it is us, the fans who are appealing for your departure just for the good sake of our team. We love Yanga just like nothing else.

As today I am still asking myself why Babu Plujim was fired.
