My dear, there's strange restrictions and new Laws in almost every passing day in my beautiful country. It's scary. Not only Cyber. Think people enjoy making them.

Is the new legislation the government has passed, putting
limits on the freedom of speech online and making arrest easier.
Basically, from now onwards someone has to pay money, and have a licence, in order to
'speak up'
