This is yet another milestone in our endeavours to bridge the communication gap between ourselves and our customers and our general stakeholders.
It was discovered during BRELA strategisation process that, BRELA badly needed the views and opinions of its customers and stakeholders for rendering effective, efficient and accurate services.
The major task towards that end, was therefore, to clear the communication barriers and bridge up the gap, through among other means, initiating a sustainable dialogue with our customers and stakeholders, particularly on how they wished to be served.
Among the concrete steps so far taken, include the convention of customers and stakeholders meeting with BRELA, BRELA's participation in Trade fairs, the use of both electronic and print media with a view to providing public education and awareness specifically tailored to meet our customers and stakeholders requirements. Collection of customers' and stakeholders' views through questionnaires and use of same as inputs in our service rendering strategies and plans. So far the results are very much encouraging and there has been a tremendous reduction in complaints.
We are happy to introduce this website which we are sure is reaching many customers and stakeholders within Tanzania and abroad. The information contained in this site will not only quench the information thirst which perpetually bothered and disturbed them, but also opens up another avenue through which such customers and stakeholders will easily access information on BRELA and even have some online services in a foreseable future. If you have any comment we value it. Please let us have it through contacts on this site. Enjoy your surf. (surfing???)
Thank you very much.
