Makamu wa rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dr. Philip Isdor Mpango amewasili nchini Uswisi kushiriki katika kongamano la Davos World Economic Forum The World Economic Forum.
Agenda nyingi zitajadiliwa kufuatia changamoto ya UVIKO, mabadiliko ya hali ya hewa na Vita ya Ukraine huku bei ghali ya vyakula / nafaka na usafirishaji toka maeneo ya uzalishaji mkubwa kushindikana ilivyotikisa chumi za nchi hivyo kuleta tishio la njaa huku dunia ikitetema juu ya kuanguka kwa uchumi wa dunia.
Na makamu wa rais Mh. Philip Isdor Mpango atatoa mhadhara juu ya jinsi ya kuepusha janga la njaa dunia kufuatia hali iliyopo sasa duniani , mhadhara huo utakuwa mubashara.

Averting a Global Food Crisis
The world may be facing the worst food crisis in decades, driven by the compounded effects of
COVID-19, climate change and conflicts such as the war in Ukraine, exacerbating already
skyrocketing food and energy prices and severe hunger. What global priorities and business
action are imperative to mitigate these global shocks and address the interrelated risks
threatening food systems everywhere? This session was developed in partnership with CNN.
