Hello brother, congratulations for this new position and I would love to say this year is yours, only few months ago you were promoted as a Director of Conservations at TANAPA. Well, I am aware that you are acting DG for NCAA but with no doubt you will be confirmed shortly - give it maximum three months.
Just some few tips, NCAA is different from TANAPA. NCAA is very small with full of politics, things are not moving there, there is too much politics intervened by politicians through baraza la wamasai and some members of management are benefiting. Dont think that Mr Bruno has failed to manage the NCAA but there is a group of people who conspired with the big potatoes to disqualify him.
I am advising you to be strong, analytical and observant otherwise you will not sustain. Heading the NCAA is not like a bread and butter, there a lot of challanges that you need to tackle. You will get pressure from different angles say, government, boards, fellow management, subordinates, stake holders, investors, family and all must be satisfied.
