FYI, hapo itakuwa ni moja tu kati ya baadhi ya maeneo yaliyokuwa katikati ya jiji ambayo back in the days ama yalikuwa yamezungushiwa uzio au yapo wazi waiting for construction!

Kwa sasa hakuna eneo hata moja! Eneo la mwisho lilikuwa pale Posta Mpya, jirani na Haidery Plaza ambalo na lenyewe lilishajengwa kitambo!!

Sasa rudi kajibu swali langu!

Unamaanisha nini unaposema "that area on Kilwa Road"?!

Man, huwezi kulinganisha Mathare na Mbagala Rangi 3! Tatizo la slums za Tanzania ni kutojenga kwa mpangilio lakini mara nyingi nyumba zinakuwa bora!! Pia napata shaka ukiwa kweli hiyo Mbagala Rangi 3 unaifahamu! Sehemu iliyojengwa hovyo along Kilwa Road ni Mbagala Msikitini, kisha kipande kinachoanzia Misheni kuelekea Sabasaba! Na sababu kubwa ni geography ya eneo lenyewe kwa sababu kuna miinuko!!

Na nakueleza hili hapa chini kwa ukweli wa 100%. Binafsi sekondari nimesoma Mbagala back in 1990's!! Hilo eneo la Misheni kuelekea Sabasaba hata mimi lilikuwa linanishangaza na kujiuliza hivi watu wanaishi ishi vipi kule!!

Sasa kuna siku I don't know what happened... sijui nilikacha class au vipi! Nikaenda kule kunaonekana vibanda wakati unapita barabarani! Nilichokiona nilikuwa very surprised! Pamoja na vibanda vinavyoonekana ukipita barabarani kwa sababu vipo kwenye mwinuko, kumbe kwenye lower level kuna nyumba mzuri tu, na mazingira yake ni mazuri!

Hiyo ni mid 1990's!! Halafu unataka kulinganisha Mbagala na Mathare?!
