Matiangi bans foreign workers in Kenya

Jamaa wanoko hawa wanaona kwa jirani kuna pilau zuuri wao wapo na uji wao wa chumvi halafu wanaanza habari za kualikana..... ukija kwangu ruhusa kula utakavyo tu na mimi nikija kwako hivohivo....

Those procedurally hired in Kenya and with valid work/residence permits need not worry. Target is this non-value adding lots out to strain social amenities,harbouring criminal intents and generally those in positions Kenyans can competently take up!
Mulinge is of more value to Vodacom Tz than what these Tz fellows can imagine!

Reading and comprehension is a skill acquired in lower primary! Despite free visas on arrival,there are laws stipulating further stay beyond visa validity and working. What can't you understand!?

Pumbavu wewe, humsikii hapo akisema kwamba haiwezikani wageni kuja kufanya kazi zinazowezwa kufanywa na wakenya?, na ametaja baadhi ya kazi kama vile accountants?, ninyi wakenya mna roho mbaya sana, kila kitu mnataka mpate ninyi tu, vya wenzenu mnataka, ila vyenu nimkwa ajili yenu tu.

Silvya Mulinge has no special technical skill she is actually a foodscience graduate. Management experience is not a skill, success of safcom is not due to her nor can it be attributed to her. Infact safcom is not succeful due to Michael Joseph alone its a mix of many things. There many Tanzanians running huge companies and In Ministries that handle Billions of dollars, there is no talent that she brings on board that does not exist.
Matiangi was clear, for technical workers like teachers and accountants validly working in kenya, their employers will be compelled to sack them and employ kenyans otherwise, no work visa for them

Kwa hivo dada aliyenyimwa work permit Tz ni accountant? Malenge hii.

She might have studied food science yes but more often than not first degrees do not define ones profession or career path! If anything, they are just to empower one to explore potential strengths and then advance in a path you have a passion in. With disruptive technology like in the telcos,they're more inclined to harness potential brains that can match the trends and adept enough to stay the course . Ms Mulinge has earned her stripes in Safcom hence the confidence from her peers to steer Vodacom to greater heights!

For once give the sister her due recognition!

She is Not special, Managerial skill is not technical skill..Managerial experience is so common everywhere even in Burundi and iraq

Even in Timbuktu or Mongolia sikatai but not all managers have skillful leadership qualities. Leadership skill is the bottomline when scouting for that inspirational figure to guide other skilled talents and to prudently utilize resources. Most CEOs fall in this category of which whoever tapped Sylvia for the post was well briefed.
