At the risk of being tasteless and yet hopefully funny, it CAN be dangerous, depending on whose sperm you are swallowing and who finds out about it.
OK, for the most part, it's pretty harmless. However, if your partner has some sort of infection, especially something like gonorrhea, you could absolutely establish a colony in your throat (yes!) or maybe eyes (depending on...well, you know....) initiated by swallowing his sperm. And, chlamydia is also an issue.
So, I've answered your question, but probably haven't calmed your mind. All of this being said, it's commonly done.
