Majani ya Mchicha (Swiss Chard) 4 - 5

Bamia 150 - 250g

Chumvi 1 kijiko cha chai

Mafuta ya zaituni ½ kikombe

Maji 1 gilasi

Kitunguu maji kilokatwakatwa 1


Namna Ya Kutayraisha Na Kupika



  1. Katakata sehemu ya juu ya majani ubakishe majani pekee.



  1. Osha majani kisha katakata kama mchicha wa kawaida .



  1. Tia mboga katika sufuria, maji na chumvi chemsha kwa dakika 25 hivi.



  1. Osha bamia uweke tayari ukiwa umezikata vikonyo vyake.



  1. Mboga ikishachemka kurudia chini mimina bamia, kitunguu, mafuta . Acha ichemke mpaka bamia ziwive ikiwa tayari.

Mboga hii ni aina ya mchicha ila hatujui inaitwaje kiswahili, ila tunajua inatiwa Swiss Chard.
