Yes you are right on air conditioning! The building also utilizes natural light and no need of lights during the day, with enough air circulation

That house is wonderful, to add on, the architecture is quite complicated but lovely, It reminds me of Mwalimu Towers in Upper Hill, was there today and i don't think there is any tower build to that architectural level in Nairobi, It is just a wonder!! I used to rate it down due to the out look and height!! Go there, you mouth will remain agape!! The beauty at the entrance is charming, Looking at those glass lifts with small blue lights at the edges made me think, I was not in Kenya!

Every city has a land mark, KICC is the landmark of Nairobi, anyone , anywhere in the world the moment he sees a picture of KICC will know that is Nairobi, Many buildings of high value coming up in Nairobi including Hass and Uap will take years to take over as Landmarks or maybe never, What is the landmark for Dar?
