Dongo Kundu Freeport Schematics - Mombasa

this is the place they also said there will be an industry to precces raw foods from the galana farm when it becomes fully operational. ...... it was also said there were plans to have a desalination plant in dongo kundu to solve mombasa water problems and also suppply water to the park..... am suprized that no real estate investor has picked up on this.....if I was a land speculator I would be eying prime land near this place... this place will be an industrilized mini city with plants, light industry, railway, ample electricity and most likely a truly 24hr economy (the port will probably be working day and night to process as much cargo as possible to maintain a competitive advantage over other ports) so other bussinesses will want to do the same.
