Mombasa to Kampala SGR coming to REALITY in September

I dont think JPM or Tanzania need advice from a pedestrian like you or from a tribal and corrupt leader like uhuru kenyatta..The only thing Tz needs is to see the problems Kenya/Tz is facing on SGR and avoid them..As for electricity, its the choice of both JPM and Kagame..infact museveni also prefers electric train..Its a simple issue being solved by The many power plants under construction in Tz..

Am telling you this is madness, if you think Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda will go the electric route you are mad.
This was the hype when Ethopia was building the electric line, now with the struggles, delays and interruptions hawa watu wamefunguka macho. To make matters worse nobank will be willing to lend this poor countries especially Burundi and UG to construct an electric line while they don’t even have capacity to provide kawaida electricity for households

Electricity is Not a Problem, the issue is in transmission along the line..The train actually uses very little power less than 10MW..The problems with Ethiopia provide a good learning opportunity for Tz..The same way Kenya learned about animls being killed by trains in Ethiopia and fenced the whole line even b4 starting operations

How does number 10 Tanzania expect to build an electric rail with number 3 Burundi list of African countries with WORST electricity supply?!

Do you have google?..

Wewe you are just a lazy bongolala, go find your data alafu ukuje hapa na solid argument. Discussion is healthy, information is power. Lakini if you want to be ignorant I don’t have time to educate you, Burundi is one of the worlds poorest counties, all data out there have them between 6.5 to 10% electricity connection. Even if you take the higher number still is laughable if you expect them to have guts and financing to extend your electric SGR. Tanzania is right there among the worst counties with electricity supply. Comedy the blind guiding a fellow blind

Wewe umeleta two contradicting data moja inasema 17% nyingine 6.5% bado kuna sehemu ume andika 7% !! Then you want me to play your silly game, no i cant stoop that low because eventually you will beat me with your colourful experience of stupidity.

Its true Burundi is a poor country ila hiyo siyo sababu ya kuitenga na ili kuisaidia ni bora tuka washawishi kutumia pesa yao ndogo au kukopa kidogo kujenga na sisi kuliko kujiunga na Kenya wakaishia kununuliwa na China. ungekua unaju umeme una weza kuuzwa from one country to another usingetoa mishipa muda wote huo.

Wewe baki hapo cherry picking numbers, nakwambia electric rail haiendi anywhere kwa majirani EAC...expectations va reality will hit you hard. Mtakuwa learning curve in the whole EAC, other counties will learn from your comedy of errors
Magfuli is thinking of populist agenda instead of sustainable development, there’s no way TZ has capacity or expertise for this infrastructure, same thing with the laughing stock Drimulimer, populist agenda is dangerous for you development. Hiyo drimulimer ingeweka hospitali na shule mingi, same with the unstastanable SGR majirani wenu are wiser and Magu can’t force them on this joke

Ati he has done it? DONE WHAT EXACTLY?? [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Your rail has not even reached 5% completion and you guys are running left right and centre borrowing loans for this SGR. Don't be STUPID
Utalia sana. Ujenzi umefikia asilimia 20%. Magufuli anawatoa povuπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Hi section ya Dar to Morogoro 205 km imewalemia..they should just give up and go back to the drawing board.
While Mombasa to Nairobi- 485 km is 100%
Nairobi to Naivasha- 120 km is 50% completeView attachment 842561
Kwa taarifa yako ujenzi kutoka Morogoro kwenda Dodoma umeshaanza. Kiufupi Phase 2 ujenzi umekwisha anzaπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Magufuli anawanyima uzingizi.

Dar to Morogoro hamna hata centi-meter moja ya reli...still struggling to build pillars na kuchimba mitaro πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

We read the whole Kenyan deal and we could see train crush (metaphor). Chinese businesses are more powerful than Kenyan, obviously the deal will benefit Chinese than Kenya in terms of carrying more Chinese goods to inland market compare to Kenyans goods. Kenya neighbours are not that reach in terms of mineral wealth the likes of Congo, Burundi, Zambia or Zimbabwe. The only thing Kenya has is cash crops which can easily be outnumbered by Chinese import. On top of that, Kenya will carry the burden of debt repayment for many years to come let alone parts and services to keep SGR running. Diesel to run the trains has to be imported vs electric produce locally.

Congo has the largest wealth in the world, very fertile mineral soil, the 2nd largest river in the world, a great climate and beneath the soil abundant deposits of copper, gold, diamonds, cobalt, uranium, coltan and oil enough to make it one of the world's richest countries but sadly it is one of the poorest countries in the world My point exactly>mineral wealth means nothing if there’s no brains to run the county, democracy and institutions with a backbone to run the country
Kwa maoni yako Kenya has no oil or minerals such as titanium soda ash etc..NewsFlash: Kenya has oil & titanium. The economy will run on steroids Once oil revenues roll in the near future.

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚only a fool can run back to shouting praises and and slogans to supreme leader when you run out of excuses.
Sycophancy at its very best. BrainWashing to the point you are disillusioned with Magu

It takes 6 months to fill a regular tanker( 400k barrels)with oil transported by road..That means 2 tankers per year or about 28mln USD worth.
There is no oil company that can build a $2bn pipeline to evacuate under 700mln barrels of oil, unless the already 70% GDP indebted GoK raises more debt and builds the pipeline which would significantly cut down on revenue share of exported oil for Gok making it unprofitable

Wacha kelele, Kenya is not in a hurry for those revenues, You are taking of the early oil pilot scheme as if it’s the final process. Steady oil revenues are expected after 2021
Now you would be a useful human being if you used your brain with the same vigor & tenacity and analyzed Tanzanian silly useless projects such as drimuliner and SGR ya wonders
Cost of Turkana oil pipeline now drops by Sh100 billion

Clearly you don't follow Congolese politics, or their history. Congolese has been a playing ground of super rich for years. But with all the looting which has happen for years, less than 10% has been recovered so far. Congo is estimated to still have up $24 trillion worth of mineral remain underground. Not only that if they choose to implement Grand Inga Dam, they will be able to power the whole of Africa. Kabila is leaving, Bemba is back. Recently they've change mining law and put up taxes, big technological company like Apple and Samsung are moving in to secure the supply of cobalt. Oil exploration is on the rise. In short countries evolves, Burundi, Congo or Zimbabwe will not remain the same, good example is Rwanda which Kenya today is trying so hard to secure deals with them.

YOu are repeating the same crap I have said. So come back with new material ama kojoa ulale ama kama uko na mke enda papasa kidogo, guza sehemu mbali mbali alafu ulale πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Don know watu wanabishana nini hapa. The Uganda and Kenyan railway system will join eventually and form a network to other countries. Wako na right kujoin to Tz network too
