Uchaguzi wa 2007 ilikuwa tu ni kichocheo cha mgogoro huo wa muda mrefu ndio maana maafa mengi yalitokea katika eneo la Eldrot ( kalenjin area) kwa vurugu zilizoandaliwa maksudi. Ni kama kule Rwanda baada ya Ndege ya Habyarimana kutunguliwa na kumuua mauaji ya kimbali yalianza sio kwa sababu ya Habyarimana aliuuwawa bali ni chuki ya muda mrefu kati ya Watusi na Wahutu. Kifo cha Rais Habyarimana ilikuwa ni "trigger point" tu kama Uchaguzi wa 2007 Kenya ulivyokuwa "Trigger point " ya mauhaji kule Kenya.
Ocampo amefanya uchunguzi wake na anasema waliohusika kwa undani kabisa ni hawa sasa kwa watu kusema Kibaki na Raila wako wapi is to miss the point.

I can smell a collusion between Raila and Kibaki here, they have conspired to offer the six as 'sacrificial lambs' to appease the ICC. And Moreno Ocampo is the 'icing sugar' in the conspiracy cake, yes, I have said it! We all heard the masses chanting 'No Raila no peace' during the post election violence, and we all heard Kibaki and his stalwarts declaring vehemently that any one taking part in the pro-Raila demonstrations would be doing so at their own risk because the armed forces of Kenya had been ordered to 'shoot to kill'. So we know the real suspects. I would advice Mr Ocampo to apply for Kenyan citizenship and form a political party, he has shown every sign of falling in love with Kenyan politics!

I can asure you that this Moreno Ocampo Man knows very well his duties. You can see the way cases are handled in ICTR Arusha. That Man can't mention these people without proof and evidence. That now is mention, summon or arrest and trial, with wittness and evidence. No kukurupuka my dear, the man is equiped with whatever these cases requiers. you are really green about the happenings in Kenya, am quite amazed seeing people say that Raila and Kibaki should have been included on the list. ocampo is not probing the botched election, what he is concerned with is the crimes that were done after the elections, and who planned them. most of the attacks were preplanned and it was quite obvious that despite whom might have legally won the election, people would still have died because before the election foot soldiers were already armed, oaths taken and strategies formed, it was bound to happen. The likes of Ruto, henry Kosgei and the other dude incited their people, contributed money to arm the youths and initiated oaths. most of these happenings were recorded and am sure that it will be presented as evidence at the Hague. uhuru Kenyatta planned retaliatory attacks against the kalenjin and luos in naivasha, he used the Mungiki and he definitely had to be charged for this, am sure the minutes from state house will screw him for good. Hussein Ali gave the shoot to kill order, people lost lives in Kisumu because of this. it daent matter whether Kibaki was the one who forced him to make the order because Ali is the one who enforced it.

Raila utamhusishaje? Labda ungesema Kibaki. Ukiangalia vizuri murder & deportation sana sana zilikuwa ni za kupigania ardhi (na siyo kugombea uraisi), na yalitokea maeneo ya Rift Valley kati ya Kikuyu na Kalenjin. Vurugu maeneo ya Kisumu & Nairobi yalituwa kati ya dola na raia - ndiyo maana kuna hao mapolisi.
