Rwanda’s APR Head Coach, Mohammed Adil Erradi, has arrived in Dar es Salaam discreetly to meet with Simba officials. The Moroccan has requested a leave from his current club.
Simba brought the coach to the nation, before the game against Yanga. The Tanzanian national team has been undergoing significant changes.
This is owing to poor results, in which they failed to defend all of their trophies. Simba have failed to win the Community Shield, the Mainland Premier League, and the Azam Sports Confederation Cup. The ‘Wekundu wa msimbazi ‘ side won only the Mapinduzi Cup.
Mohamed Dewji, the President of Simba, has made it plain that this is a difficult decision. This is after his team defeat of 1-0 by Yanga in the Azam Sports Confederation Cup semi-final.
This has been the worst season for Simba in last 5 years. The board needs to make tough decisions on the way forward. We need to overhaul our team and strategy and go back to the drawing board. We lacked motivation, passion and hunger to win trophies this year.

Simba has been silent on the arrival of the APR guy in Dar es Salaam. He has reportedly been hiding for the past three days, according to inside reports.
An APR official who did not want to be identified has said that Adil has been absent from Rwanda since Friday.
“He’s informed us he’s going on vacation to plan national team matches,” says the source.
The Rwandan official went on to say that they were aware that Simba had contacted him.
APR has a three-year contract with Mohammed Adil Erradi.
Simba’s Information and Communication Manager, Ahmed Ally, has stated that he is unable to comment on the topic.
Ally explained, “I can’t say if it exists or not since it hasn’t reached me yet.”
