Habarini wadau!

Ahsanteni.

Jaribu kufanya hivi lkn kumbuka settings huwa zinatofautiana baina ya models

Troubleshooting:
The sound doesn’t output from the surround speakers.
  • Press SURROUND repeatedly and select “DOLBY PL” (PRO LOGIC) to output sound from all speakers.(Depending on the media, sound may not be output from the surround speakers.)
The [Speaker Setup Page] items cannot be changed.
  • Press DVD/CD, then eject the disc.
There is no sound. Severe hum or noise is heard.
  • Remove the speaker cords from the SPEAKERS terminals, straighten and extend the contact area of each speaker cord, then reconnect the speaker cords to the SPEAKERS terminals.
  • Clean the disc.
The sound loses stereo effect when you play a VIDEO CD or CD.
  • Set the audio setting to [Stereo] by pressing AUDIO

Au jaribu hii

NOTE: Because each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, check the surround sound for the rear speakers after completing each step.

  1. Verify that the rear surround speakers are properly connected to the Audio/Video (A/V) receiver.
IMPORTANT: If applicable to your model, verify that the A/B speaker selector is set to the appropriate position. If the speakers are connected to the A speaker connection on the rear of the A/V receiver, then the A/B speaker selector must be set to the A position.
  2. Perform a test tone operation to check if the speakers are functioning correctly.
  3. Increase the rear speaker volume or surround speaker settings to maximum.
  4. Try selecting a different size (small or large) for the rear surround speakers in the menu.
  5. Verify that the A/V receiver is set to a surround sound mode.
    IMPORTANT:
    • For Dolby ProLogic surround sound, the center-channel mode must be set to NORMAL or WIDE.
    • If your source is a DVD or Blu-ray Disc player, verify that the surround sound is enabled in the menu for the player itself.
    • The audio being received must be multi-channel.
  6. Try setting the A/V receiver to a different surround sound mode.
  7. Verify the source that you are playing is encoded in surround sound.
NOTE: Surround sound is not present at all times. During periods of mainly dialog, most of the sound may come from the center speaker only, with audio coming out of the rear speakers when there is background or ambient noise.
  8. Reset the unit back to factory default settings.
NOTE: Consult the operating instructions for model-specific steps to reset your unit back to factory settings.
  9. After resetting the unit, if applicable to your model, follow the steps for Calibrating the appropriate settings automatically.
IMPORTANT: After connecting the calibration microphone device, make sure to set the microphone down on a flat surface and move away from the device so there are no obstructions between the speakers and the microphone while the calibration is taking place.
  10. Replace the speaker wires.
  11. Try connecting a different pair of speakers.

IKISHINDIKANA JARIBU HII

IMPORTANT: If necessary, consult the operating instructions for your model Audio/Video (A/V) stereo receiver to obtain model-specific information about performing any of the steps below. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

  1. Try selecting a different sound mode on the A/V receiver, such as the Dolby® Pro Logic II (DPLII).
NOTE: A majority of cable and satellite TV channels are broadcast using two-channel analog audio. When watching one of these TV channels, only the front speakers will output audio. In order to hear audio from all speakers, make sure to change the sound field to DPLII. This creates a simulation of 5.1 digital audio. If the channel is broadcast in digital 5.1 audio, change the sound field back to AFD Auto to enjoy the digital surround sound audio as it was actually recorded.
  2. If you still have the same problem after changing the sound mode, make sure the speakers are securely and properly connected to the A/V stereo receiver.
  3. If your A/V receiver has an Auto Calibration function, try using it to setup the appropriate sound settings.
  4. Perform a Test Tone operation to verify that all speakers are working.
  5. Increase the volume level of the speakers.
  6. If applicable, try selecting a different size (small or large) speaker.

The illustration above provides you with the ideal set-up and sound mode setting for a 2-speaker set-up or for all speakers (5.1 set-up).
