Back to your problem how do u rate your comptency in IT? there are three or four option depending on how good u are

• Do a system restore to the date when it was ok
• Do Fresh OS installation
  
• Unistall any new program u have installed lately
• Take you computer to a doctor. I mean a pc doctor/technician

I forgot one thing . Advise above aasume u have an updated and well functioning antivirus running on your PC
