S.8 of the Penal Code CAP 16 R.E.2002 talk about ignorance of the law nat to afford any xcuse fo any act or omission wich would otherwise constitute an offence....this has no problem with me.....I need help specificaly on interpretation and xplanation with examples on:
1. The exception provided under the same section that " unless the knowledge of the law by the offender is expressly declared to be an element of the offence"
2. What about civil wrongs?? Will this general rule apply?? With authority please.....
