habari wapendwa
mimi nipo macho, mwanangu mida ya saa saba amepata homa kali sana nimempima akawa 39 nimempa dawa ya kushusha joto afadhari sasa nangoja asubuhi nimpeleke kwa dk koja kinondoni ni dk wa watoto
ila nimekuwa sielewi sheria ya likizo. mimi nimeajiliwa kampuni moja ya wahindi. kila unapotoa taarifa hauji kazini labda mtoto anaumwa au unadharula lazima ujaze leave card.... hata kama dada kakupigia simu kuna dharula nyunbani na unatokea kwa ofic lazima ujaze half day. kwa sheria za kazi kweli hii inaruhusiwa? na hr wetu ye hana say kwa wahindi kila kitu ni yes...
na nitashukuru endapo nitakopiwa kipengele hicho kinacho husu likizo za mfanyakazi..

Huo ni utaratibu wa ofisi hiyo ya Mhindi. mwambie akupe Kanuni za utumishi (staff regulations ) za hapo. Ila kisheria Liikizo kwa mtumishi ni Mara moja tu kwa Mwaka kutegemea na mzunguko wako wa Likizo. Google upate Sheria ya "employment and Labour relations Act 2004" ili usome mwenyewe. ikibana Saana kwa Mhindi Achana nae Mbona job kibao tu mwana.?
 

employer is not obliged to pay wages for number of days the employee did not work. except for all types of leaves granted by the law; annual leave, sick leave, paternity leave etc.

Hiyo ya kwako ni other types of leave (compassionate leave) lazima ukatwe kwenye annual leave!
