All Kenyan you must apply visas in your own country before you come to the United state of Tanzania @ but for Tanzanian to close the border to Kenya only ID is needed we have the same priority as the US Citizens in closing other African countries with non restrictions

You don't need visa for EAC citizens entering any of the EAC States. There must be other problems for the lady and her group members. Probably is working without a permit...the requirement of which I also believe should be removed as we have the common market.
