The present leadership is more transparent,allows freedom of expression in the real sense and as a result we see those having prolems coming forward to demostrate their feelings and portary their demands without fear unlike from other administrations.

That is why we see teachers,students and more other people from different walks of life saying loudly and bluntly whatever they want to say.

Previously like in Nyerere's ,Mwinyi's and even Mkapa's daysdays the rulers would not allow the people to stage demos as they do now.many would have ended up shot like rats! i recall those workers in Kilombero who were shot by the police,the Mwembechai killings,Pemba bloodshed,The Vijiji vya Ujamaa episodes and killings which made Ally Hassan Mwinyi to resign.

The people feel safe now to throw stones!!!If this could be carried out in 2004 some people would have died by police shootings!

The credit goes to JK who advocates more freedom and democracy to the people better than his predeccesors.

Analby nakubaliana na wewe isipokuwa inatakiwa uelewe hata kama ingekuwa ni Mkapa na yeye angeonja joto kubwa sana tu kama mwenzake kwasababu ndugu yangu this is quite a different time..Kwani hata waliomzomea Mkapa si waliwekwa ndani? Huko Tarime je?
The problem kwao ni kuwa wananchi this time wako way more aware kuhusiana na utajiri wao zaidi ya miaka kama kumi iliyopita..Sasa naweza kuamini kabisa kuwa ni kweli Mkapa alitaka kujiongezea muda kwa kubadilisha katiba....Ni wazi mgawanyiko umo ndani ya usalama wa Taifa na hivyo ndio maana nchi imekuwa kama imemeguka hivi.
Nadhani mlishasahu mambo ya militias ambazo zinawanynyasa wananchi na waandishi wa habari na whistle blowers....Movement iliyoko sasa hakuna Rais atakayeizima kwa mabavu na kusitokee machafuko...Hivyo anachofanya JK ni sahihi tu..Provided ameamuwa kuziba masikio...Na huku kukimbia wanakodai anakimbia sijui mwisho wake ni nini...Maana hata wale vibaka wanaochomwa moto kelele huanza mwizi mwizi...Kama mtu mmoja then wawili..Sasa kwa panic anakimbia...Hapo mshike mshike inaanza..Hata mbwa mwenyewe instincts zake usikimbie, Ukikimbia ni noma...Sasa kama unasema Mh Rais kukimbia ndio Demokrasia then hapo hatutakubaliana.
Kuya ignore matatizo si sawa na kusema ni uvumilivu wa serikali yake...Uncle ni tactics za tofauti tu...Kwani bado si unaona kina Kubenea na mambo ya FFU?
Walisema Nairobi ilijengwa kwa mawe..Sasa naona wabongo wanawapelekea "Nairobi" hao wanaotaka kuprevent justice.

I think he must deal with ufisadi with full force na si especially this or that....Corruption is more than just EPA..Nimekuelewa unaposema ili kuwaplease wananchi..Lakini tatizo la corruption ni a black and white issue...Haina kiwingu..Nashangazwa na wale wanaosema eti nchi itayumba kama wakiwajibishwa...Iyumbe mara ngapi?
Yani wananchi wanyanyaswe ili kuwalinda wao wenyewe dhidi ya nani?
Nchi itayumba huko juu ama chini? Duh..Watu wa matawi ya juu wako totally otta touch man.
Kudeal na EPA si kuumaliza ufisadi...Anajuwa cha kufanya....Na akishindwa pia anajuwa cha kufanya..Anachotakiwa kufanya ni kamwe asiwanyanyase wananchi kwa kutumia dola kwenye wakati kama huu...Mambo ni mbaya kwa wananchi walio wengi halafu unawapelekea jeshi kama mkoloni?
Shame on you ccm na viongozi wenu you need yo be carefull.
