Jamani naombeni maujanja yanu.nifanyeje niongeze mauzito?nina 48kg and my height ni 5.6 so th weit is nt proportional to th heit.
 
duh...kweli utakuwa mwembamba kama kijiti.....
unakula chakula vizuri kweli....?
 
Isije kua asubuhi kifungua kinywa chako ni chai ya rangi na pilipili mbuzi!

Kilo moja ya nundu a day, kwa miezi mitatu, usisahau sit-ups asubuhi... Just to stay sexy! kitambi noma.

Halafu siku mojamoja uwe unapiga mchemsho au supu. Zaidi ya hapo, pata muda wa kupumzika. Ila usisahau mazoezi kidogo maana ni muhimu kwa afya.
