My 2019 resolution is to stop taking sugar in tea and coffee

Your body gets enough sugar from carbohydrates, ugali, rice, chapati, pasta etc. These foods are enough monosaccharides needed for metabolism.

From 1s January 2019 sugar will be a new word in my shopping list. I have tried tea and coffe without sugar, it’s very manageable especially with herbal teas and black coffee.

Sisi wenzako tuliacha toka mwaka jana. Vyote ubwabwa, dona na chapi tunakutana navyo kwenye shughuli za misiba tu kwa sababu huku kwetu kwa mnyaamani sukali huchanganyiwa jikoni.
So mwala nini haswa kama mbadala mkuu?..
 
I never liked tea neither coffee... i take plain milk either cold or warm... without sugar...

nimeanza kutumia mdalasini baada ya majani ya chai,asili badala ya sukari.Kahawa niliacha kama miaka 4 iliyopita,,kwasasa jioni nakula matunda badala ya heavy foods (ugali,wali,nyama and the like)

Nakula mboga za majani aina mbalimbali asubuhi , mchana na jioni , mayai , majarage, nyama , matunda, maziwa na vitu kama karanga, maboga na mbegu zake, koroshow , almond.

Ili kutoruhusu matamanio nabeba chakula napoelekea kazini. Maana mtaani ni changamoto kubwa.

Na mazoezi mepesi atleast 20 minutes, kukimbia 5 to 6 km atleast kwa wiki mara moja.

Pia chai natumia masala za kienyeji siweki concetrate kiasi naweza kunywa bila sukari.

Problem mwanzo kama ulizoea mihogo au chapati nzito unaweza usishibe kila ikila, hivyo unaweza kula matunda kama matango.

Aisee... Ni kama nimekuelewa hivi, lakini kwa namna ambavyo nimezoea kula vitu nzito nzito naona kwa kwa kula hizi mboga mboga matunda na maziwa pekee ni kama ntakuwa nahisi njaa kila baada ya saa moja na nusu.. Hahahah
 
Aisee... Ni kama nimekuelewa hivi, lakini kwa namna ambavyo nimezoea kula vitu nzito nzito naona kwa kwa kula hizi mboga mboga matunda na maziwa pekee ni kama ntakuwa nahisi njaa kila baada ya saa moja na nusu.. Hahahah
Anzia matunda kidogo ukiongezea na chakula, kadiri siku zinavyokwenda punguza chakula ongeza matunda.
 
Bibi yangu Mungu amrehemu, alisema ni kheri uanze kupunguza ulaji wa chakula flani kuliko ungoje daktari akuambie acha.
Kwahiyo umri haujakutupa mkono? Safi..
Mungu amrehemu bibi mwenye hekima zake.

I once met a mother who was complaining about her toddlers teeth decay. She said I don’t give her sugar things, she eats healthy meals. I only use honey for her porridge and toast.

She had forgotten that honey on toast can cause teeth decay too. Honey is monosaccharide
Coffee also makes teeth to turn yellow!
