MY FELLOW , LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY.

Sex is sweet but it can ruin your life and bright future.

First lesson - Your penis is not your friend, its as much as your enemy until you know how to control it.

Learn self control especially when it comes to your sexual urge, you will never regret it in life.

A man who is sexually disciplined has already conquered life 80%, the most dangerous battle men face in their life time always comes from sex.

To protect your life and your future, you must first have self control over your sexual appetite.

There are sex your should never have, they are women you should never sleep with.

Avoid under age teens, married women, prostitute etc.

Many men are prison because they lack sexual discipline.

Many men are dead because they lack sexual discipline.

Many men are infected with dangers diseases because they lack sexual discipline.

Many men are failures and stagnated in life because they lack sexual discplines.

Many men married wrongly and are suffering dangerously because they lack sexual discpline.

Many men are the chains of women because they lack sexual discipline.

The cheapest mĔñ to destroy by women are men that lacks sexual discipline.

For example, when the melting Tig Le spreads through the Head Cakra, the First Bliss will arise. At this time the yogi should throw his mind right into thids Bliss — merging it with the self-illuminating Voidness, or the so-called "Two-in-One Bliss-Void Mahamudra Expen ence," without the slightest distraction. Practicing thus, the majority of the crude forms of distracting thoughts will be subdued. When the Tig Le drops down to the Throat Center and spreads through it, the Supreme Bliss will emerge; and if the yogi then concentrates on the Throat Center while absorbed in the Bliss-Void Samadhi, most of the subtle distracting thoughts will be subdued. When the Tig Le descends to the Heart Center and spreads through it, the Third, or the Beyond-Bliss will arise; the yogi should then concentrate on the Heart Center in the Bliss-Viod Samadhi, and thus all distracting thoughts will be subdued. When the Tig Le drops down to the Navel Cakra . . . the Innate-Born Bliss will arise . .
