However, the US embassy statement on the Tanzanian election which was published on 29th October 2020 has indicated incompetent of the embassy team by issuing a fallacious statement on this election. When you read their statement you will note the following incompetence indicators:-

First, the statement has acknowledged that the election was fair and peaceful, this acknowledgment was important because no one could have believed otherwise. This is because the majority of Tanzanian, election observers, civil societies, and all the opposition parties except Chadema and Act-Wazalendo have cherished this election as the best happened.

Second, issuing statements as an initial response to an allegation without listening to both sides indicates a high level of incompetency. Best practice requires you to ask yourself if the information you have is true or not? then find out who is the source, and it's trustworthy, the reason for the source to spread the allegation, and listening to the other part.
