She trusted you, and you betrayed that trust. Now, she does not trust you and does not believe anything you have to say.
You have two basic choices.
The first is to realize that you have trashed this relationship beyond the point where you can do anything about it, apologize to her and leave, knowing that the fault for this break-up is not on her, it is 100% on you. Own it, learn from it, and do not make the same mistake again.
The second is that you can try and rebuild the trust she had in you, IF she is willing to try and let you do that. If she is not willing to do that, then you are referred back to option 1. The thing about rebuilding trust is that it is 100 times harder than earning it in the first place. You will be apologizing for the screw-up (pun intended), lots of times. Maybe several times a day, every day, for months or years, until she feels vindicated. You will be listening to her tell you how much you hurt her, how worthless you made her feel, how little she can believe anything you say ever again, and how she is so incredibly angry that any sweet memories she has of you are now some of the most painful things she tries to recall, and that thinking about everything you ever meant to her now brings a sour taste to her mouth and she wants to puke. Every time she tells you any of that, you will apologize AND MEAN IT. Every. Single. Time. You will never get angry, irritated or defensive, because you are the one who betrayed her, went behind her back and destroyed the trust she had in you.
If option 2 sounds too difficult, then you always have option 1…
