Then it is impolite to speak in English, because some people may not understand.

By the same reasoning, it is impolite to speak in Swahili, because some people may not understand.

Come to think of it, Swanglish may be the best way, sorta compromise.

Of course I don't mean that, what I mean is if you want to talk about language that is understandable you should at least make sense.
