hahahahahahahahahaah!!!! this can take even 10 years befre u get fuinding...usifikiri hii ni project ya mapeni.....last time i checked you were looking for funds from Turkey....Tanzania seeks Turkish loan for railway, Erdogan raises cleric's network dont speak until you have laid just one kilpometre...infact ata funding bado....when you get even one shilling, then come we talk....for now priss look for ugandans and rwandans to boast abt a non-existent railway..
