200mil dollars?thats close to 25billion kshs.The cost of building thika superhighway.200 million kshs seems quite low,even if the cost of land is very cheap.But I would think it would be more in the region of 600-700 million.

from the first pic,do you realise that the main building supporting the rotating restaurant has more floors compared to the glass cladded building ...actually it has 15 while the glass building has 9..that should tell you something
