Who told you that they're barred from entry into Kenya, you got your own media geza? last i read, METL had a presence in Kenya and 10 other countries, but local competion has made their business here untenable at best. Bakhresa also has a not so good operation in Kenya.Soma nilivyomjibu mwenzio! here r my two cents, in next 2 to 3 years, Bakhresa will buy out ur millers! Ur supermarkets will continue to perform badly as they stock unaffordable goods to Kenyans n as far as the likes of Bakhresa, METL n Azania groups r given free hands to operate as the truce btn Tanzania n Kenya demands. Think about my argument deeply.
While you're still musing on how bakhresa will buy Kenyan millers, Pembe flour millers, Mombasa maize millers and Unga group all have subsidiaries in Tz and the rest of East Africa. Azania group will have to look for somewhere else to sell its polybags whereas its oil business won't go far given that it isn't even half the size of pwani oil, let alone BIDCO.
