I recently returned to Arusha, about 2 weeks ago. That place has gone to the dogs.
Shitty, smelly, dirty, full of ugly boda bodas.
Vibanda na hawker everywhere in the town centre. Jesus.
Potholes in the town centre that can swallow an entire car.

When you leave the main highway from Namanga, and enter Arusha, you get the true feeling of a shithole African town. Two years ago it was a bit cleaner.

I actually preferred the small town of Moshi. Much cleaner and organized.

So, for Geza Ulole to compare that slum town of Arusha to Nakuru (East Africa's third cleanest city after Kigali and Kisumu), you must be high on something.
