Bachelor of Education with say, Physics means you major Education and one science subject (physics) Bachelor of science with education, you have to major two teaching subject say, physics and mathematics, so that you can teach any of the two.

Bachelor of Science with education - A general knowledge of a given science field (which can be applied in different science field like medicines, laboratory etc) but directly has been linked with Education such that this science knowledge acquired can be used in education systems like schools and colleges. In postgraduate studies and MA this bachelor can be linked with other science specialized fields absolute different from education.Normally this bachelor has two science coarses (which can be any combination of these Chemistry,Biology,Physics,Mathematics,ICT,Agriculture) of wich one is Major and the other is Minor.
Bachelor of Education in Science - A general knowledge of Education processes with a minimal direct link in science,The knowledge acquired is far specilized in education systems and can not be applied otherwise. Normally this Bachelor has one science coarse, any of these Chemistry,Biology,Physics,Mathematics,ICT,Agriculture.
Bachelor of Education with specified subject - A general knowledge of Education processes with a maximum direct link in specialized subject. Here the specialized subject is studied in broad scope compered to the previous bachelor. In post graduate studies and MA this bachelor can be diverted in two ways, linking a general knowledge of education to other education related fields or linking the general knowledge of the specified subject to other related fields apart from education.
