4)Practical in its provision.
Should be
-adaptable to a particular time and place
-consider existing condition of life and civilization.
-take account the great social trends that characterise the age.
5)Satisfying to its adherents of followers.
-supported by its followers.
-pleasing, appealing, and also appear true, or otherwise, it will be rejected by its followers/supporters.
