Without the government, we would not exist; if we did, we would just make a new system of government. However, the new government would not be as good as the old that was destroyed. Idi Amin speech for this was extremely consise, unlike the speeches that US government dogs givs us today. Even an elementary school kid could understand his speech; simple, short, consise.
