Kwa manufaa ya wasiojua kiingereza, tume imeteuliwa na kuapishwa na mwenyekiti wa CCM, uchaguzi mmepanga wenyewe, kura mnahesabu wenyewe na kuthibitisha wenyewe na mnahukumu wenyewe! Hamtaki mahakama kwa sababu haitakwenda kwa utashi wenu, sisi tuwaamini vipi?

Pathetic!! All election results are challengeable in courts of law. Challenging itself is not a crime. Election malpractices especially by electoral bodies, police and the rulling party have gone unpunished for far too long. Now you are even proposing punishment to the would-be plaintiffs!!! You want a losing member parliament or local gov to simply accept results just because they have no financial resources to file a case?? Or because of fear of retribution? Or because police cannot be prosecuted?

By your suggestion, we have a long way to go. Democracy is not our thing, we should live by jungle rules!!

Is a very poor argument.

In any case you cannot force any entity to accept results without pre-condition of the integrity of such results.

First there should be fairness and unequivocal integrity of the election process.

Then

The contesters must accept the results of that transparent, fair and free election and election processes.

Without fairness, transparency and free election and all the processes in due course, it is the right of the people to dismiss and reject any fabricated election results or any results from a hooligastic election process.
