If you think i am crazy for pointing out some political blunders Late Nyerere made then it's okey with me but did you ever ask yourself why are we creating a new constitution now?What's wrong with the existing Constitution?Why people in the areas with plent of valuable resources are so poor,In Mara,Shinyanga,etc?Why did people of Mtwara take to the streets to protest the transportation of gas to Dar es salaam?The root-course here is Constitution which gave all the power and authorities over resources,political and administrative authorities to the Central Government leaving the local governments with very little to benefit from.The question now comes...Who to blame for this flawed Constitution?

The current constitution has nothing to do with the prevailing poverty in Tanzania rather it is simple minded person like yourself keep on blaming the goverment .As a Tanzania you should first ask youself what have I done to my country ? Do you think new constitution will be panacea to the prevailing extreme poverty ?

When i said you should look at life like there is big pie to share i meant that you will benefit more when its done right than getting peanut from corrupt government officials who are selling out the country. It can only be done right if the contracts are open, there is a good government policy on how to exploit the resources and no corrupt government. But what i see now is just chukua chako mapema.
