I can remember Tanzanian in this forum swearing that they will never associate with Chinese in fact they were laughing at Kenya for taking China loans, now it's your time kutembeza bakuli.

Tanzania has been borrowing loans since independence, there is nothing new here. The chinese even build tazara for them for free..Tz is not a "virgin" they even chaired the Highly indebted poor countries caucus(HIPC) got their loans forgiven and learnt valuable lessons on sovereign borrowing..
Kenya on the other hand is a whore, selling her self to buy useless ornaments like SGR, unfortunately she is growing old, her p** smells of corruption and people are abandonig her..Her day of reconnin is near

Kenya has never needed to be forgiven any debt. We're capable of paying. That's why China trusts us.
For your case, your aerophobic supremo has to climb on a plane to go all the way to China and bend the knee, hoping Xi will give him some handouts.

When Kenya built its SGR, you rushed not to be out-shined.
You are simply following our lead, only that you're doing things at a slower pace.

Your supremo has realized that at the current pace, it will take him 50 years to get to where Kenya is right now.
He has realized that listening to 'economists' translates to little infrastructure on the ground.

Germany / UK and many eu countries have been forgiven debts by usa/imf either due to war or some other form of mismanagement..
This is something to be proud of and Tz has good company in Eu nations..It shows the deep bilateral relationships are very strong in Tz..
Do you know Tazara was built debt free by china? When china itself was not even very rich? That is the level of cooperation that kenya will never achieve - True comradeship of nations

Communist comradeship, its legacy is ujamaa. A system that infected Tz with chronic poverty and myopic vision. Meanwhil,e years later China has shifted to a capitalist leaning communism. China is now looking for trade partners who are open to exploring new horizons, in trade. Fake ideologies of yester years have been trashed to the periphery.

The USA,Israel and UK are comrades in ecomonics, diplomacy,research,intelligence and war..They help each other out in many ways mostly even without charging each other money or loaning each other. They are comrades..Despite not wanting to make profits from each other, that has not made them "poor" countries, infact combined they are top of all economies.
