Hitler never said this in fact Hitler aspirations was to annihilate non white race and create a super race. In his perverted mind, non whites were racial pollutants which ought to be destroyed. The Jewish pogrom were just the beginning of destruction of any non white race. Ironically, it is the non white race which lauds the pogrom little knowing they were victims just in the wings for total destruction.

Her ideas are not new: she did not break a new ground since we have been there before but she still reminds us of the complexity nature of the speciousness of the politics of development aid....development aid is part of the stratagem to rule the development world by a proxy called neo colonialism. All developing world leaders are now satellites to the industrialised world by design.

The solutions, however, are not in isolation rebranded as self reliance because we were not created to be as such but to prosper in a symbiotic association...so the challenges are how do we chart out unchartered waters? How do we break the ice? How do we do it is a subject we will be attempting to address in this thread

Great comment! Extreme miss use of resources plus extreme poverty=uchumi wa kati. What a joke. Uchumi wa kati means the president et al can live in Dar, Dodoma, Zanzibar etc. Mradi wa makao makuu imekuwaje?

This minister is very pathetic. Firing personnel never solves any technical and financial hitches beyond creating the rein of fear.

Tanesco is financially handicapped [emoji708] and a minister who has no background in energy deludes himself he can fix problems by firing personnel.

He never stretches his mind to learn about what are the problems and how such and such problems can be fixed

Dismissals tend to obfuscate the real issues and finding the real solutions become an uphill task because we have a locum running the ministry as a pro...

My sister cut off links with Shujaa wa Africa now before it is too late...getting rid of the minister and put a professional who will spend more time understanding problems and recommending solutions instead of weakening Tanesco by dismissing real pros who know the ABCs of fixing problems but money constraints are dragging them down

Hata waziri Hana mamlaka ya kufukuza yeyote. Waziri hateui wala haajiri yeyote. I can’t understand. He can only recommend to the delegate, not sure who it is but waziri Hana mamlaka yeyote. Lakini sisi akili ya kuku tunakubali tu.

True, if he did not hire he cannot fire. He has no disciplinary powers and what we have is an abuse of public office
