New administration under Samia Suluhu gives hope after 5 years of hopelessness

The speech of Madam president today has given new hope of abiding to the rule of law and good governance which activists were clamouring for years.

We are beginning to see commitment to the rule of law and good governance after the rights of whistle blower will be restored. No more incitement to be used to clamp down freedom of speech and expression.

Without freedom of speech and expression the fight against official graft is lost even before it started because in opaque graft thrive unimpeded.

We are planning to follow closely the challenges and achievements of this new administration without biasness in the next four years or so.

As usual we will attempt to focus in the rule of law and good governance.

1. TRA to open unlawfully suspended accounts.
2. Closure of Block D Mererani of which the past regime plundered those Tanzite to one country near Burundi and Uganda.
3.suspend F8*** SAA-MBAYA who kiled alot in KLM.
4. APPOINTMENT OF New boss PCCB,JKT na RC of 10 regions.
5.Appointment of Directors of some companies, DPP-Mwakilatu

FAILURE.
1,Appointment of judge BISWALO MGANGA, -alleged Sukuma Gang!
2. Non apprehension of Makondo who is claimed to wealthier than any RC in Tanzania by embelzment , tax evasion and missusse of public fund.

3. SABAYA SAGA,
4. NOT changing boss of top security services in Tanganyika.
5.NEW CONSTITUTION.
6. continuing with old and past DC, RAS, DIRECTORS who were almost all sukum -gang.

New constitution is a lie. It is most wordy but resolves nothing.
We have no pleasure in presidential powers to appoint local government leaders. Such representatives ought to be directly elected. Changes in faces mean nothing because those appointees lack security of tenure so they serve at the pleasure of the appointer.

The whereabouts of Azory Gwanda and the CDM guy Ben Saanane still a dark cloud in her administration including many of political prisoners rotting in jails...
