In developing countries homophobia is a growing concern as far as homo bullies are concerned if you are not straight you automatically lose the right to comment upon public matters which is not right.

There's a need to distinguish public and private lives and of more significance sexual orientation is irrelevant to determine or impose caveats upon citizens to deliberate upon issues of their interests.

Poor countries have been slow or reluctant to knock off laws which criminalize homosexuality as a result it stokes credence to homophobic assault against innocent people.
