Tanzania is slowly but surely edging into legalization of a monarchy. This is because majority of presidential appointments aim to appease political dynasties. As dynasties grow in stature, one of those dynasties will acquire enough political power to change the constitution and declare itself a ruler of a monarchy.

This can be achieved within our lifetime.
