New administration under Samia Suluhu gives hope after 5 years of hopelessness

Well, looks very bad to the government. The basic questions remain unanswered. Is he a terrorist or is he not? Presidential clemency ought to come after judgment but before judgment sends wrong signals that generate cause of concern that the DPP office is an extended department of CCM.

It is an ignominy even to consider the wider implications that DPP is a CCM cadre.....

Nolle prosequi is not the dismissal of the case. It only means the DPP has lost interest and in this particular case it is because of political pressure.

Dismissal of a case follows a hearing and determination of the criminal proceedings on merits. This matter never went to a hearing.

Can the number of app users surpass the number of downloads?

Mange Kimambi app has +100K downloads but claims it has users over +2 Mill!

The puzzle is how do they use the app without downloading it? Over 1.9 Mill users are over and above the number of downloads.

Something doesn't add up.

We suspect the reason behind the hitches the app is experiencing are technical but not user overload.

Send many buses with Tanzanian flags to pick ours in Ukraine. We are sadly aware ours do not own our flag so to tell them to carry it ignores the predicament.

Ukrainian rebels fighting the Russians are blocking ours from leaving conflict areas because they are parading them as human shields to advance a propaganda the Russians are killing civilians
