Some of exuberance in the cabinet like Nchemba is a huge distraction because he is there not on merits but sycophancy

The cabinet and permanent secretaries appointed just too old or too patriarchal or too sycophantic or too pallid

As much as Madam president brags "huyu mnaemwona amesimama hapa ni Rais..." which we concur in full but her demeanour indicates she is a captive of the vanguards of the "status quo"

Looks no fundamental change but incremental window redress is what we should expect here

May be we expected too much!
