Mwigulu PHD (dubitable) does not have a clue of the USA foreign policy. The USA foreign policy is to support NGOs as agents of social change and pressure groups.

Mwigulu request of undermining NGOs negates this policy. Had he known the USAID had no legal authority to shift funds from NGOs to his office he would have shut his mouth but because of his mediocrity he has revealed how intellectually bankrupted he is. Essentially, what Mwigulu is asking USAID is to commit criminal acts against Congressional budgetary legislation. That will be insubordination of the US Congress. God forbids!

Mwigulu touts a promissory note of prudent spending but his record betrays this vapid averment.

Day in, day out we hear of rampant abuse of power, theft and unaccountability.

Very few local government officials have been disciplined over looting of donor funds and were spared of criminal accountability .....and to pepper insult to the injury Mwigulu is still in office to lavish his presidential assault comes 2030...

Few can tell Biden just prophesied his own political demise, not Putin.

We have already projected Biden's Democrats will lose midterm elections in November which will be a harbinger of exit of him from politics two years later. That will be Putin"s Poetic justice, so to speak.

The economic sanctions against Russia will hurt the West more than the former angering voters who will punish parties in power at the ballot box.
