New administration under Samia Suluhu gives hope after 5 years of hopelessness

Religious leaders are extremely corrupt no wonder they shed no light but darkness.

Instead of providing leadership, they reduce themselves into curious pupils who are eager to pose 34 questions to their chief tormentors.

BUT THE SCRIPTURE VERY INSTRUCTIVE HERE.

"If you do not fear God, you shall fear your enemies whom God shall bring against you, and you shall slave your enemies for all of your carnal lusts until God destroys you." DEUTERONOMY 28:47-48.

Step by step, the recolonization of Africa is gaining momentum thanks to foreign investment to justify starving Africans from determining their own destiny.

Sixty plus years ago, our parents shed their blood and their sweat for sovereignty, but our generation is rolling back all the gains because our leaders are inherently corrupt.

Sovereignty is no longer a pillar of our collective survival anymore, but wants of national leadership is trouncing down everything

But our children and their children's children shall push back on recolonization of Africa with their blood and sweats cursing us for our indolence and covetousness that has blinded our wisdom.

The good tidings kept last is what God said...

My enemies shall amass wealth but when they sit down to enjoy their ill-gotten wealth shall be a day I shall tell them the following:-

"You fool now you have said in your heart you gonna enjoy the fruits of exploitation now I say to you that tonight you shall die and tell me now whose wealth shall be that you assiduously amassed for yourself?" Luke 12: 16-21.

DESPITE APPEASING ASSURANCES TO THE CONTRARY, THIS REGIME HAS NO LEVERAGE ON JOBS UNDER DP WORLD.

Top, heavy - down is how CCM runs the country
Consultations are not done after decisions have been made but before they were made. National politicians conduct zero interactive dialogue, and when confronted with the opposition to their whimsical and parochial policies they not only exhibit disenchantment but allege that dissenters are uninformed, quisling and inciters but rarely such dudes humble themselves that they could be dead wrong!

What we have is stoking false assurances that there will be job security, which is a lie.

The driving thrust behind privatisation of the TPA is of money generated the lionshare is razed by employees, so it is foolhardy to convince employees that their straws will not be disgorged from the eating pot.

We say so because privatisation aim to mechanize most operations at the ports that essentially is to purge out human input, and efforts to the contrary shall defeat the very purpose foreign hands are vigorously sought.

DP WORLD first undertaking shall be to kill Tanzanian blue jobs while creating Arabian and Caucasian white collar ones. The payroll tax will be perpetually burgeoning because this restructuring will lead to fewer but highly paid jobs. Overall, we anticipate payroll cost to more than quadruple while inflicting serious economic pain to the local masses whose means of survival have been uprooted.

At Bunge, the same minister alleged that more than ninety percent of the money generated is gobbled, but with the DP WORLD, the government will generate more crumbs than what the TPA is doling out to the Exchequer.

Privatisation is a local job shredder, and this effort will lead to the same regretfully predicament

WHAT WILL THE MINISTER DO?

The minister has a serious political problem to sugarcoat that us to reassure the worried employees about their future bread

Politicians are from mother's womb are compulsive liars. We expect him to promise them that they will keep their permanent and pensionable jobs which is a lie

The day the agreement was cosigned was the day this government dumped all TPA employees

They sold them to the highest bidder.

If DP WORLD trimmed local jobs in Australia you need no proof that in TZ the situation shall be worse partially because unlike in Australia the Tanzanian political class is not answerable to the electorate so they have no duresss to defend workers but to jettison them at any slightest provocation
