Double standards? (Watch the video before reading this chit)

Difficult to appraise because CDM not willing to dispose pending appeals as per their own constitution knowing they had acted prematurely to inform the world of the disciplinary status of Covid-19 before appeal period had elapsed...

Since CDM had incurably violated the rights of Covid-19 by finalising the matter before appeals period had ELAPSED we decree and declare the appeal process was already flawed abinitio, and hence, fatal and consequently null and void.........meaning it is of no leg effect.

CDM CC cannot claim to attend to appeal process NOW after making final dismissal decision before the appeal duration has ELAPSED recklessly informing all and sundry instead of waiting patiently for appeal duration to ELAPSE...

The purported appeal proceedings are tainted with prejudice and there is no way justice can be delivered once a decision maker violates own constitution.

Covid-19 are now legitimate members of CDM till 2030. The remaining question to consider and determine now is whether CDM CC flouted its own constitution intentionally or by mistake or by default?

With extra marital relationships going on there confirmed with undeterred "bonking sessions" performed with vigour even after the eruption of this saga of all days the former possibility looks more appealing to adopt......


With over TSHS 1 BILL involved in parliamentary salaries and perks in the next five years per MP terminating membership of the Covid-19 is now an uphill task...

Even if CDM CC "mwambafy" itself and confirms the dismissal the matter will abruptly shift gears to High Court where CDM CC, Speaker of the House and the chairman of CCM NEC will be slapped with "court injunction" not to act on CDM CC letter of dismissal till the legal dispute is heard and determined in a court of law.....upon its merits. Covid-19 were condemned "unheard of" despite pleading to their superiors to respect not only CDM's but the Republic constitution. The right to be heard is so fundamental that its violations render the disciplinary proceedings flawed and of no legal consequences....And, this is what happened in this matter deluged with prejudice.

Many parliamentary victims of CDM CC dismissal decisions in the foreseeable past had opted for this route and we know the election cycle found them with the matter still pending in courtroom. And, the legal disputes conveniently were bypassed by events so died a natural death...as they should.

Unless CDM CC sees a "Damascus light" and abandon a prejudiced process, we anticipate Covid-19 will fight tooth and nail for their "right to be HEARD" in a courtroom running down the parliamentary clock [emoji354] in the process and scoring an important "pyrrhic victory" against violations of CDM own constitution without dwelling much on in our beauty queens' pockets burgeoning as well...an extra change in their personal accounts looks more impressive than if that cash is reflected in the balance sheet of the Exchequer...

Those who expect to replace them will do well to seek their piece of dry loaf elsewhere because Covid-19 is now here to stay at least up to 2030.

This legal analysis very applicable also to all members of Covid-19 who did not lodge their appeals before the expiry of mandatory period of appealing. Such individuals are also protected under the "principles of natural justice" because once it came to their knowledge the appeal process was prejudiced there was no need to subject themselves to a flawed process...the law in all four corners stand on their side.

Most legal analysts have failed to beam at the legitimacy of the process as stipulated by CDM constitution and have been misled by a "killer assumption" that the process was flawless which is not the case in this intriguing matter....

So we decided to put the records straight that Covid-19 have no case to answer following CDM CC "deliberately" flouting their constitution to protect their mistresses. We would like to add albeit in passing that bribes whether sexual or assexual blind the wisdom of men and they become fools controlled by their lusts, and the whole caboodle stink of bribes left to right....and CDM following appears to be in the dark and as a result they are the true victims of being led by blind leaders....can the blind lead the blind? Will they not fall in a ditch and get stuck there? Time is our best teacher...patience is most rewarding resource in this pending matter riddled with lies, deceit and bribes both asexual and sexual ones...

We will not be surprised to hear allegations some members of CDM CC are getting a slice monthly from the parliamentary perks as part of bribes apart from the usual yet regular "bonking sessions".... [emoji6]

We also project most of the Covid-19 sorority will join ACT-Wazalendo in 2030 and gun down parliamentary seats some of them will be very successful but some of them will not.....once again, it is the vagaries of politics nothing personal we must add a rider.

Again, time and time again, we see the ineptitude of CDM CC weakening themselves while strengthening their immediate rival: ACT-Wazalendo...
