You have a very strong argument and I'm affirmative of your point of view that youth should be considered in important public office positions.Wema Sepetu deserves a consideration for an ambassador role because she has done more than most political appointees in this category. Look at Dr. Slaa - a mandatory age retiree - he is eating from the pot of the youth. What did he really do to deserve it? Isn't Wema who accompanied Madam president during 2015 CCM mammoth campaigns and she was snubbed from presidential appointments? She deserves to enjoy the fruit of many years of campaigning for CCM and this appointment will motivate lots of youth that it pays to dwell in the CCM tent. Besides, it is morally wrong to see the youth is snubbed in senior presidential appointments but retirees are in the recycling bin perpetually. The youth deserve more than a CCM hat, for sure. They must be given an opportunity to scale the heights of public service.
So, we highly recommend her to fill the vacant post in Japan following the incumbent being tapped for CS. It is time to right this wrong now or the youth will feel they are being used in CCM campaigns to pave way for gaffers to eat on their behalf.

The problem of celebrities' scandals is an introduction of an element of bias. Most of beneficiaries of presidential appointments are not clean the difference is the capability to hide their scams or the society value system to overlook them. Dr. Slaa, for instance, carries a much heavier baggage of sexual immorality than Wema Sepetu but being a woman she is judged in different prism, and that kind of attitude ought to end now...in Dr. Slaa despite allegations of sexual immorality inundating our public gallery but nobody cares...you can say it is a patriarchal society but who is to end it if not Madam president? Who knows why God brought her in this hour of great need? You have a very strong argument and I'm affirmative of your point of view that youth should be considered in important public office positions.
But, the problem is most of these celebrities are scandalous and they might end up disgracing their guarantors and the country as a whole.
Can you substantiate your claim with authorized data? You could have said "after 5 years of achievement " the country has gone up economically and Mama pledged to follow the footsteps of the late JPM .
